Kris arrived promptly, prepared the carpets for deep cleaning, taking especial care not to mark any walls or furniture, he worked very hard to remove the stubborn stains on several areas of the carpet (which is 12 years old) he was professional and efficient. I was very pleased with the results, the carpets look SO much better, most of the marks have gone, they smell a lot better and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kris and his company, we did have a slight shock when the price was higher than the quote but we soon resolved that to our mutual satisfaction.
